Call for Designers

A new format this year that will hopefully see between 2 and 3 shows in different locations in the region over the course of the year. Each show is envisioned to have between 3 to 4 designers and will include ECC's signature retail POP UP! Shop. Dates will  be announced as information is available.

Submission Requirements

WHAT: The 2020 Electric City Couture Season Membership

WHEN: Dates to be announced.
** Date for designer assignments is at the discretion of the ECC Curatorial Staff.**

WHERE: Locations to be announced.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: NA

SUBMISSION FEE:

$25 Per Designer Submission (Non Refundable, Submission Fee Waived for Alumni of Show)

On approval to the show:

Fees vary depending on the show but generally include a Submission Fee plus a Co-Marketing Fee.

**CHECK DEADLINE One Week After Submission Approval**

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : SIGNATURE COLLECTION

Designers showcase a collection conceived and created by the designer and produced regionally.

Designers must:

• Be located within the Northeastern United States
• Garments must be designed and produced in the region
  
• Have available stock to sell in the POP UP! Shop
  
• Be ok with selling direct to customer

Applicants must provide:

1. Contact Info including website and Short Bio
2. Signed Contract (Submission Form LINK COMING SOON)
3. Submission Fee Check

ELECTRIC CITY COUTURE TO PROVIDE

General Season

• Marketing including ad placement in regional magazines and newspapers
• Full Page Ad in Program (Value at $350)
• PR via press releases and television coverage of show
• Additional marketing and promotional tie ins as available
• 2016 Runway Show Specific (Up to 10 Looks on the Runway)
  
• Models for your show
• Full Hair and Make Up services
• Inclusions in promotional photoshoots
• Marketing including ad placement in regional magazines and newspapers
• PR via press releases and television coverage of show
• A minimum of an 8’ X 10’ space in the pop up boutique at the show
• Additional marketing and promotional tie ins as available

Applications will be considered active upon receipt of entry fee and a complete entry packet.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
