Help Us Make It Happen By Supporting the Regional Fashion Industry!

Putting on a major show of this nature is complicated and expensive. We are currently looking for monetary and in kind trade sponsorships for the 2017Show at The NYS Museum on July 8. Help us support the regional fashion industry by getting involved.

Electric City Couture is the perfect combination of Serious Fashion and Entertainment. As such it is an excellent platform to reach a leading edge, fashion forward community. Show participants include significant representation in the 18 to 32 yrs old female age bracket. Show attendees include general public with a wide variety of ages but with a significant representation of adults between the ages of 18 to 55. In addition, a focused set of independent boutique owners is specifically invited to come to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase regional design work for their stores. Typical show staff and participants number around 100 (+) individuals including models, stylists, designers and volunteers while attendees of the show generally number around 250 to over 400 people.

Electric City Couture : Past Events

Electric City Couture Show held a Sneak Peek Event at the Vanguard Showhouse, a fundraiser for Albany Symphony Orchestra on May 18. 2013 at 8:00 PM in Loudenville, NY

Attendees got a Sneak Preview of the designers, models and designs of the 4th Annual 2013 Electric City Couture Show that was held at Proctors in Schenectady on May 24th in the GE Theatre. This was a salon style show, Parisian inspired! Attendees will be seated in the various rooms of the house while models walk a path from room to room.

Electric City Couture Show was at the MoHu Festival Opening Event!
October 4. 2012 at 8:00 PM | Albany International Airport – ECLIPSE HANGER | Albany, NY

The event was an amazing success that saw our headline designer Kim Vanyo's Kimism line of skirts get picked up by a boutique in Saratoga, New York. Thanks to all the general audience, boutiques and sponsors who participated in and who were in attendance at the show!

Imagine a 50K SQ FT Airline Hanger with a 70' LED illuminated runway filled with amazing fashion and beautiful models and you start to get the idea of just how epic this show was!
